How do we make a MacBook "like new"?

We leave nothing to chance. Every MacBook goes through a strict inspection process before it appears in the webshop:

1. Diagnostic test We scan the hardware, storage, and sensors with specialized software.
2. Battery check If the capacity is below 80%? Then we immediately install a new battery.
3. Buttons and trackpad Malfunctioning keys or a defective trackpad are replaced as standard.
4. Internal cleaning The casing is dusted for quiet and efficient cooling.
5. Display check MacBooks with distracting scratches or dead pixels are rejected.
6. Data Wipe We securely erase all old data and install a clean version of macOS.

We guarantee that the battery of your MacBook will have a capacity of at least 80% upon delivery. If this capacity unexpectedly drops within the 2-year warranty period? Then we will replace the battery free of charge.
